Can I see a suite before I apply?
Yes. Showings run through a finished suite and the common areas. Tell the leasing team which building you are interested in and they will arrange a time.
What is included in the rent?
Heat, water, appliances and building maintenance. Hydro is billed on top of the rent and set up in your own name, along with internet. Parking is optional and priced separately.
How much is parking?
An underground stall runs between $40 and $60 a month depending on the building. The exact rate is listed on each building page.
Do all suites have laundry?
Every market suite has a washer and dryer in the suite. Most are stacked two in one machines rather than separate full size units. The leasing team can confirm which type is in the suite you are looking at.
Are pets allowed?
Cats and dogs are welcome. There is no weight limit.
What do I need to apply?
A completed application, government photo identification and proof that you can cover the rent. The leasing team walks you through it after the tour, so there is nothing to gather before you visit.
When can I move in?
All four buildings leasing now, so there are suites ready in each one. The leasing team can hold a date once your application is approved.
