Who is responsible

This website is operated by M.F. Arnsby Property Management Limited (legal name MSCC 906), 924 Oxford Street East, London, ON N5Y 3J9, Canada. We are the organisation responsible for the personal information collected here.

What we collect, and why

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address and phone number you type, along with what you told us you are looking for: the building, the layout, your timing, budget, pets and parking. We also record which page the enquiry came from and, if you arrived from an advertisement, which campaign brought you.

We use it for one thing: to answer you about renting a suite, and to understand which advertising is reaching the right people. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

Where it goes

An enquiry is emailed to the leasing team at rentals@arnsby.com and handled there. It is not stored in a database on this website.

The site itself is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and keeps standard server logs. Our advertising runs through Google and Meta, described below.

Cookies and advertising

Nothing on this site needs a cookie in order to work. You can read every page and send an enquiry without accepting anything.

We advertise on Google and Meta. With your consent, their tags set cookies that let us measure which advertisements lead to enquiries, and let those platforms show our advertisements to people who have visited. Until you accept, those tags are loaded in a consent-denied state: they set no advertising cookies and send no advertising identifiers.

You can change your mind at any time using the button below, or by clearing cookies for this site in your browser.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in the leasing inbox for as long as they are useful to the conversation you started, and are deleted when they are not. Advertising cookies expire on the schedule set by Google and Meta, and the consent choice recorded in your browser is re-asked after six months.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to us using it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Fair housing

Suites are offered without regard to race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, family status or disability. The questions on our enquiry form are about the home you want, never about who you are.
